Issue occurs in Blazor Scheduler ActionCompleted not trigger when resource changed in EnableAdaptiveView.

Replication Steps:
Step 1: Run the shared sample.
Step 2: Click the resource menu icon 
Step 3: Select the steven resource
Step 4: You can notice ActionCompleted event does not trigger while changing the resource
