MacOS - Provide Horizontal Scroll Direction Support for Cartesian Charts zoom and pan

On macOS, using Shift + Scroll generates horizontal wheel input. Currently, the Syncfusion Cartesian Chart control zooms in regardless of scroll direction (left or right), resulting in inconsistent and unintuitive behavior.
This task aims to enhance the chart's zooming logic by correctly interpreting horizontal scroll direction:
  • Scroll right (Shift + Scroll up) → Move chart to the right
  • Scroll left (Shift + Scroll down) → Move chart to the left
Other scroll behaviors (vertical zoom, pinch, etc.) should remain unaffected.
