Datagrid with contextmenu and validations - right click selects different row

hello, i have an issue, when using validations on the datagrid "data annotations" for validations
it works properly with left click as it does not allow you to select anything until validation is resolved...
right click on the other hand selects a different row.

if you remove the context menu then also right click will not select new row
