TimePicker popup will not be closed in the DateTimePicker on edge and IE browser.

1. Render two DateTimePicker one by one in IE or edge browser.

2. Open the second TimePicker popup.

3. Again open the first TimePicker popup. 

4. second TimePicker popup not closed until control get focus.
