Improve the selection behavior in the SfPicker control in dialog/relative-dialog mode

The Following Scenarios are expected to be applied for SfPicker, SfDatePicker, SfDatePicker and SfDateTimePicker

  • Current Behavior: In dialog and relative-dialog modes, the Picker component does not confirm a selection without explicit confirmation.
  • Expected Behavior: In dialog or relative-dialog mode, the Picker component must confirm the selected value upon tap or scroll immediately.
