Support for filter popup size customization

This feature introduces support for customizing the width and height of the filter popup menu in the `SfDataGrid` widget. It enables developers to adjust the size of the filter popup to better align with their design system or screen constraints. Custom dimensions offer enhanced control over usability, particularly on smaller screens or when displaying advanced filter options.

Additionally, it provides customization support for checkboxes, including properties such as color, shape, and border style. It also includes options for customizing advanced filter list items, such as padding, item height, and more.
