MajorGridLines with different stroke colour for NumericalAxis

Hi,

For out project we have to implement a chart with different colours for major grid lined on numeric axis. For instance lower half of the chart grig lines to be stroked dash array in blue and upper side of the chart to have grid lines stroked dash array in red. I was looking over your documentation and for now it is possible to have only grid lines stroked in the same colour. I have attached the desired chart for more understandings.
