Group Node Bounds Clipped on Left and Top in Symbol Palette Rendering

In the symbol palette rendering logic, group nodes are not displayed correctly when positioned near the left or top edges of the palette. Their bounds appear to be clipped, resulting in partial visibility or missing portions of the node. This issue likely stems from incorrect boundary calculations or insufficient padding/margin applied during rendering, causing the group node to overflow or be cropped by the palette container.
