Need to improve the performance of the tooltip after zoom the chart

Need to improve the tooltip performance after performing zooming and zoom out operations.

Steps to get performance lag:

  1. Run the attached sample
  2. Open DevTools -> Performance and set CPU throttling to 3.7x or something close to it, much higher than that and it will be hard to even test.
  3. Hover all the columns from left to right and vice-versa a couple of times with a relatively constant speed and play close attention to how long it takes for the tooltip to show
  4. Zoom in and out non stop for about 10s (the more time, the more noticeable the issue will be)
  5. Repeat step 3 and notice how much slower everything is and how long it now takes for the tooltip to show
