Support for Saving Spreadsheet Data as Stream in Blazor Spreadsheet

Currently, the Syncfusion Blazor Spreadsheet component provides a Save As option that allows users to export spreadsheet data directly to a downloadable file. However, this approach lacks flexibility for scenarios where users need to save the spreadsheet data to a database or handle it programmatically.

To overcome this limitation, we propose introducing a new method—SaveAsStream. This method should allow developers to retrieve the updated spreadsheet content as a FileStream instead of a downloadable file, enabling them to store the data in a database or process it further based on their application requirements.
