Provide support to display the font color of content control on grey

The font color of the content control should be displayed in Grey, like MS Word, so that the user can identify the content controls. 

In MS Word,

  1. The placeholder text is in grey color until user modify the text.
  2. In Document editor, currently placeholder text is in black color.
