[UWP] Exception thrown when binding the same marker collection property to more than one SfMaps control

"An item with the same key has already been added." exception thrown when binding the same marker collection for more than one SfMaps control from ViewModel.

1. Add SfMaps control in any layout with binding the Marker collection from the ViewModel.

2. Add another SfMaps control and bind the same marker collection from the ViewModel.

3. Exception thrown when loading the controls.

Second issue:

Dynamically changing marker collection, Maps marker not updated properly.
