getCheckedRecords() doesn't keep previous selection when filtering & enableVirtualization doesn't work

We're experiencing some issues when trying to select records after filtering.

Steps to repro: 
1- Search for a record like "1140"
2- Expand parent
3- Select "label1140" 


Also, the error shows up when we enableVirtualization
