Support to Display Group Footer Regardless of Expansion State in Virtualized Grid

Ensure that the group footer row remains visible even when the group is collapsed, particularly in scenarios where EnableVirtualization="true" is set in the Syncfusion Blazor Grid. This behavior should mirror the Telerik Grid, where the last group’s footer totals are always rendered, regardless of the group’s expansion state. The goal is to maintain visibility of summary data for collapsed groups to improve user experience and data accessibility.
