Enhance Snapping Behavior in Diagram Control

Implement improvements to the existing Snapping feature in the Diagram control based on customer feedback. The enhancements should include:

  1. Side-Based Snapping:
    Enable snapping functionality to align nodes based on any one of their sides (top, bottom, left, or right), rather than just the center or default anchor point.

  2. Box-to-Box Grid Snapping:
    Modify snapping logic to align nodes to a fixed grid of 100x100 units, regardless of the node's size. This ensures consistent placement and alignment across the diagram canvas.
