Highlight all occurrences of all terms at once.
Build one combined result set ordered by page, then by reading order.
Next/Previous should navigate through that unified set, not per-term groups.
Case-insensitive substring match is fine. No need for whole-word matching.
Example: input “Internal Tables” with the toggle On should highlight every “Internal” and every “Tables,” and Next/Previous should iterate through all of those in sequence with wrap behavior as above.
