Provide support for date custom column conversion when timeZone property is used

When users define a custom date column and use the timeZone property in the Gantt chart, the default date columns are correctly converted based on the specified time zone. However, custom date columns are not currently converted accordingly. This feature aims to provide support for converting custom date columns based on the timeZone property, ensuring consistent behavior across both default and custom date fields in the Gantt chart.
