Numeric Textbox using a format with decimal returns a value with exposant (scientific)

Hi !

The problem seems only to occurs when we input value less than 1.

Indeed the issue occurs whenever we type a number that is using more than 6x 0 decimals (0.00000007)

Typing this value 

0.00000007 will display a value of : 7e-07

We don't want to show the scientific value we simply want to show the value as the user typed it. 
0.00000007 remains 0.00000007 after focusing out of the input.

Our local version 29.2.4 differs from the one in the sample. But the issue is present on both versions.
