Support for parent taskbar resize

The user attempted to resize the parent taskbar (left and right) in the Gantt chart. Since a parent task contains multiple child tasks, resizing the parent should dynamically adjust based on the overall duration and alignment of its connected child tasks.


We need to provide support for resizing the parent taskbar from both the left and right sides, ensuring that the changes reflect accurately across all related child tasks.
