Provide API to update the date value for revision

Steps:
1.Open a document with revisions.
2. after loading the document, get the revision and update the date.

date is a internal property which was used previously. So, need to implement a public method to update the date. 

We need to getRevision by the index and then update the date value of the retrieved revision. Then need to update the particular node in the TrackChangesPane.
