Combobox on DataGrid error

When the datagrid is scrolled to the bottom (or the selected row is at the bottom) of the grid, and one of the columns is a combobox, you go to open the combobox, the control opens an appropriate sized dropdown, however, it does not populate it and the data that is in the dropdown is constrained by the size of the datagrid.
