Weird resizing/overlapping on one large single-page pdf on iOS

iOS only. Not all of the PDF seems to be taking the width of the device screen and when scrolling, flickering and overlapping. It is one large page pdf. I've attached a zip file with the problem PDF long with videos of problem. Setting WidthRequest to something smaller than the device width fixes the issue. Seems to be worse on smaller displays. The videos in the .zip file are from an iPhone 14 pro where the gap/flickering is really bad. But on an iPhone 16 Pro Max simulator, the issue isn't nearly as bad. Updating to 30.2.7 did not fix our issue.
