Provide support for the IsTextPredictionEnabled property on SfMaskedEntry

The Xamarin SfMaskedEdit control has a IsTextPredictionEnabled property.

Please add support for this to the MAUI SfMaskedEntry.


Without it, some keyboards interfere with the masked input because they're trying to do text prediction.
