Support for Rendering Multiple Event Markers on the Same Date in Gantt Chart

Currently, the Syncfusion Gantt Chart does not support rendering multiple event markers on the same date. When multiple markers are added for the same day, they visually overlap, making it difficult or impossible to view all marker labels simultaneously.

Explanation:

In many project tracking scenarios, it's common to have multiple milestones or events scheduled on the same day. The Gantt chart currently allows adding event markers to highlight such dates, but when more than one marker is assigned to the same date, they end up overlapping. This overlap makes it difficult to view all marker labels clearly, which can lead to confusion or missed information.

A built-in solution that can automatically handle multiple markers on the same date, by stacking them or offsetting their positions would make the Gantt chart more flexible and visually clear, especially for use cases involving frequent updates or dense scheduling.



Expected behavior:
  • The Gantt Chart should support multiple event markers on the same date without overlap.
  • Markers should be automatically stacked or offset to ensure all labels are visible.
  • The layout should remain consistent during dynamic updates, such as adding or removing markers.
  • This behavior should be native to the component, without requiring manual CSS manipulation.
