MAUI - SfPicker - Need mouse scrolling support for ios and mac platform

Issue in SfPicker new feature Sample

Issue - The scroll is not working properly as mentioned below for different platforms

MacOS - when scroll is done using scroll bar - It scrolls 3 items in a single scroll

iOS using Browser Stack - when scroll is done using scroll bar - It scrolls around 12 to 14 items in a single scroll

 iOS - Scroll is not working using scroll bar - it is working only when the mouse click is tap and hold and then scrolled
