Anchor Zooming Support in WPF SfChart

Implement anchor-based zooming functionality in the SfChart control for WPF. This feature will allow users to zoom in and out of chart data centered around a specific anchor point—such as the mouse position or a selected data point—enhancing precision and usability in data exploration. The zooming behavior should dynamically adjust both X and Y axes based on the anchor location, providing a more intuitive and focused zooming experience.
