When a user connects multiple predecessors to a single task, updating the offset of any one predecessor causes all predecessor offsets to update because of the same type. However, in Microsoft Project, offset calculation is prevented in such cases: only the updated predecessor's offset is affected.

We need to provide similar support in the Gantt chart to prevent offset calculation from affecting all predecessors. Only the offset of the updated predecessor should be recalculated.

Expected Behavior:

  • When multiple predecessors are linked to a single task, updating the offset of one predecessor should not affect the offsets of the others.
  • The Gantt chart should maintain individual offset values for each predecessor.
  • Offset recalculation should be isolated to the specific predecessor being modified, similar to the behavior in Microsoft Project.
