Quick ValidationRules in FormItem like in GridColumn

I would like to have in DataForm something like in GridColumn, that is, a property for validation purpose that I can set for each FormItem in very quick manner

I cannot use DataAnnotation because my entities are auto-generated from database via scaffolding, and to write a simple "required" rule with FluentValidation is pretty boring and time consuming, so something like
