In Input Mask , Blur Event Triggered When Clicking Clear Button

That clicking the clear button (the "X" icon) triggers a Blur event. Following this, a Focus event is also triggered.

Replication Procedure:
  1. Run the sample 
  2. Type the value in the input. 
  3. Click the clear button , (see the cmd window )

Expected Output:
When the clear button is clicked, the field should clear, and ideally not emit a Blur event. 

Current Output:
When the clear button is clicked, the field should clear, and its emit a Blur event.
