Need to fix the trimmed text shown on axis label trim tooltip

When trimming is enabled for axis labels, the tooltip displays the text in its trimmed form as well.

Sample:

Step: 

  1. Run the attached sample.
  2. Hover the mouse on trimmed axis label the tooltip text also trimmed.
Actual: The text in the tooltip gets trimmed.
Expected: The text have to show without trim.
