Provide support for TIFF images by converting them to JPEG in RichTextEditor

Browsers do not render TIFF images in <img> tags because TIFF is not a web-standard image format. The solution for these issues is to convert the TIFF images to a web-compatible format, such as PNG or JPEG, before embedding them into the RichTextEditor.
