Provide support for setting working hours on specific date

In the current behavior, when a specific day is set as a working day in the weekly schedule, the Gantt chart assumes full-day availability for that day. However, users want the ability to define working hours for specific dates, which is currently not supported in the Gantt chart. This feature aims to provide support for configuring working hours on specific dates, allowing for more accurate timeline representation in the Gantt chart.
