Default Time is not reset properly after clearing a date and select a new one in DateTimePicker

Default Time(12:00AM) is not reset properly after clearing a date and select a new one

Replication Procedure:

 

1. Run the sample 
2. Select any date in a popup
3. Change the time to 2:00 AM and focusout
4. Now clear the date on input using clear icon
5. And open the popup without focusout and select any new date
6. You can see the issue
## Expected Behavior:

Time should reset properly after clearing a date and select a new one in DateTimePicker


## Actual Behavior:

Default Time(12:00AM) is not reset properly after clearing a date and select a new one
