Unable to set imageQuality in react Image Editor via beforeSave Event

Set args.imageQuality = 0.5 in the beforeSave event of the React Image Editor component, but it doesn't seem to apply the desired image quality setting. The saved image always defaults to the original quality regardless of the value set.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run above sample.
  2. Click save button and download.
  3. Observe the file size of the downloaded image.

Expected Behavior: The downloaded image file size should be reduced based on the imageQuality value.

Current Behavior:
The downloaded image file size does not change based on the imageQuality value and remains the same as the original.
