Tab Relocation throws exception

0. Create Empty Wpf Project with only one SFSpreadsheet Control.

1. Create 3 sheets

2. Enter SheetName editing mode by click on names

3. While In edit mode, drag-drop sheet 3 to the first sheet (making sheet3, sheet1, sheet2 in order)

4. Repeat 2 and 3 (edit Sheet2 Name, drag drop while in edit mode to make it in front of sheet 3)

5. Exception thrown.

Tested multiple times and it reproduces. Test in debug mode.
