Support to disable column and row wise virtualization

Provide support to disable column and row wise virtualization in WPF SfTreeGrid. 

While Image conversion in SfTreeGrid, the Grid view as a bitmap image displays only half of the view. The full Grid view is visible only after scrolling down and then back up to the top.
