Provide support for right drag selection restrict

Currently, when using drag selection in the Gantt chart, both left and right mouse button drags are allowed. However, when the context menu is enabled, performing a right-click drag triggers and also opens the context menu.

We need to provide support to restrict drag selection using the right mouse button when the context menu is enabled.

Expected:

When the context menu is enabled, drag selection should only be allowed with the left mouse button. Right-click should be reserved exclusively for opening the context menu in the Gantt chart.
