Improve auto scroll during taskbar resize or drag

Currently, when resizing or dragging a taskbar to the end of the timeline, auto scroll only functions within the initially rendered timeline. The next set of dates is rendered only after the drag is completed. By this improvement, the auto scroll and timeline rendering occur dynamically during the drag operation itself, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive user experience.
Scenarios need to include such as virtualization, timeline virtualization.
