Cannot scroll on TapGestureRecognizer after touching SfListView (Android only)

After interacting with an SfListView scrolling stops working when touching a View with a TapGestureRecognizer.

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. In the sample project, touch the SfListView and scroll up or down the page
  2. Try to scroll up/down while touching the dotnet_bot image
