Support row Drag-and-Drop using drag icon Only

This feature allows users to drag and drop rows, but restricts the drag-and-drop action to be initiated only by clicking the drag icon in the first column. This ensures that rows cannot be accidentally moved by clicking and dragging from other parts of the row.

Currently drag operation will be initiated when dragging from anywhere in the record. Need to provide support to drag operation only from drag icon only.
