Unable to select text within cell using mouse if RowDragAndDrop is enabled and CellEdit is enabled

Hello Syncfusion Team,

A bug seems to have been introduced as a result of your attempt to resolve this ticket I submitted:

In particular, the user is no longer able to edit text by dragging their mouse over text within a cell, as attempting to do this will end the edit operation.

Instead of attempting to end an edit operation that is currently ongoing, can you make it so that the drag-and-drop operation is disabled until the user has finished editing the cell? I would also like us to remove the transparent task that gets dragged by my mouse when attempting to highlight the text, both of which can be resolved by ensuring DragAndDrop does not occur while the cell is currently being edited. I can foresee several frustrations among my users if they are unable to highlight text with their mouse to edit the cell information.
