Color Picker Misalignment on Right-Hand Side During Mode Switch

When rendering the Color Picker aligned to the right-hand side, switching from Palette mode to Picker mode causes the Picker to go off-screen. This issue arises when ShowButtons is set to false. With ShowButtons set to true, the popup remains open and usable even during scrolling.

Replication Procedure:
  1. Run the sample 
  2. Open the color picker change the mode to picker 
  3. See the issue (Observe that the Picker goes off-screen and cannot be scrolled back using the horizontal scrollbar.)
Expected Output:
The Picker should remain visible and accessible after switching modes, regardless of the ShowButtons setting.

Current Output:
The Picker goes off-screen and cannot be accessed when switching modes with ShowButtons set to false.
