Mask behavior issue on Android devices

Enter some value in masked TextBox the value is not updated properly in UI

Simple Sample: 7r7hytee (duplicated) - StackBlitz


Replication Procedure:

1. Use mask format "(99) 999999999"
2. Try to input numbers on directly on Android device only
3. Observe the specific incorrect behavior
Expected Behavior:
Mask should maintain fixed formatting characters. Complete format: (99) 9999-9999 should be achievable.
Actual Behavior:
The mask formatting fails when typing directly on Android devices. The text gets pushed forward incorrectly, making it impossible to properly insert the complete Brazilian phone number format (##) ####-####. Typing "21999999999" becomes something like: (2 )    9999
