Need to fix the legend intact on applying filter datasource

The legend gets not intact after updating the filter data source. 

Sample:

Reproduce steps:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. click the nuclear legend on initial render.
  3. The legend become visible on updating the datasource.
Expected: Need to maintain the intact sate of legend after data updated.
Actual : The legend not maintained the state of intact on updating a filtered data.
