Restrict Connector Creation from InConnect-Only Ports

Current Behavior:

When a connector is drawn from a port that only allows InConnect, the connector is incorrectly initiated from the node instead of being restricted.


Expected Behavior (After Fix):

When attempting to draw a connector from a port that only allows InConnect, the action is restricted, and the connector cannot be drawn from that port.
