Need to fix the uneven corner radius for stacking column series

To fix the uneven corner radius on the stacking column series when chart height is set to be 275 pixel.

Reproduce Steps:

Step1 : Open the sample.

Step2 : Look on the first points corner radius of each points.


Actual: Uneven corner radius applied to each points.

Expect:

 Corner radius to be set properly even for all points.
