Provide Option to Customize Default File Name in Blazor Spreadsheet's Save As Dialog

Currently, when users export a spreadsheet using the Blazor Spreadsheet component, the default file name displayed in the Save As dialog is hardcoded as "Sample", as shown in the screenshot below.

To enhance user experience and flexibility, it is essential to provide an option that allows users to customize the default file name displayed in the Save As dialog. This would enable applications to dynamically set meaningful file names based on context, such as the spreadsheet title, user input, or other relevant metadata.
