Installing Essential Studio switches Visual Studio Language to Windows Default

I have installed Essential Studio 3 times now. Every time the Visual Studio language is reset to Windows Standard (in my case German) from my choice English.

My OS is Windows 11. There is no selection for W11 in the Operating system dropdown.
