Need to fix the issue where args.fill is not being applied to the accumulation chart legend

To fix the issue while trying to update the color for legend symbol in a accumulation chart via legend render.

Reproduce Steps:

Step1 : Open the sample.

Step2 : Look for the legend symbol color not applied.

Actual: The fill color were not applied to legend symbol.

Expect: The fill color to be applied to legend symbol.
