Unable to restart list numbering

Not sure if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong. I need to reset a list (or create a new list) so that numbering begins from 1 again.


After setting RestartNumbering to true, the first list item will be 1 but the next item falls back to the next number in the original list.


I have attached a sample.

The final solution needs to work with nested lists from AppendHTML.
